Sufi-Ghazal singer Kavita Seth recorded a solo for the Mahesh Bhatt movie Gangster. Track No. 06 (Mujhe Mat Roko) is an emotional song in her unique voice, which is selected best emotional song of the year 2006 and nominated for sensational singer 2006 by STARDUST AWARD. She has composed many song on different concept and for her sufi album.
Kavita Seth’s popular debut solo sufi song,“Maula” in Satish Kaushik’s film Vaada, was also acclaimed for her unique voice. She was also nominated for the Best Fresh Voice of The Year at the Sahara Sangeet Awards 2005.
She has formed a “Karwaan Group” traveled through the entire length and breadth of India, many times, enthralling the audience with her melodious renditions of Sufi, Geet, Ghazal, and Folk. Besides, she has given live performances in a number of locations such as London, Birmingham, Scotland, Berlin, Oslo, Stockholm etc… Her performances are appreciated everywhere and people enjoy like anything with full of energy and excitement.

Am madly in love with Iktara. It is by far one of the most touching melodies I have ever heard in my office. Doubt if it would have been as good, had been sung by someone else. Kudos! Love your voice!
